Welcome to enjoy Christmas jazz concert hosted by Reunion Big Band featuring singer Mikael Konttinen. This is a perfect chance to enjoy great big band music and cosy atmosphere of Balder House with your friends and family.
Reunion Big Band has been reunited since 2003, almost 20 years now. With 17 talented players Reunion Big Band hops the roof with jazz and swing, but as well with soul, funk and latin. Our conductor is Martti Vesala, also a trumpetist and a composer.
The over 200-year-old Balder House is located in the heart of empire Helsinki, next to Senate Square. The whole district around the Balder House is shining with Christmas lights and sparkling decor
Cafe open
The Cafe Balder offers you Christmas delicacies. The cafe opens at 6 pm and is open throughout the concert. Reunion Big Band's performance starts at 7 p.m.
Welcome to dance
You can enjoy our Christmas concert both sitting and dancing. In addition to seats, we reserve a dance floor in the hall. Would you like to spin to the rhythm of swing music and a real big band? Now is the chance, welcome!
Tickets are sold in advance from Holvi Shop or from band members.
We will also sell tickets by the door, if available. Children under 12 years old get a discount.
