Introducing Reunion Big Band! Based in the heart of the Helsinki metropolitan area, our talented ensemble of 17 musicians has been captivating audiences since 2003.
Reunion Big Band was founded by a group of student friends, who knew each other from Turku and were reunited in Helsinki. With roots deeply embedded to Finnish-Swedish culture, we take pride in our heritage.
Under the direction of Martti Vesala, our diverse lineup features saxophones, trumpets, trombones, and a dynamic rhythm section, often complemented by guest vocalists.
